We prefer to send owner distributions by EFT but we can cut checks.
How is rent collection handled?

Electronically though our portal or by check.
How long of a lease do you sign?

Depends on what the owner and tenant decide.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

One month's rent.
How soon can you start managing my property?

As soon as possible.
What type of properties do you manage?

Houses, condos, townhouses, and small multi-family. We also specialize in Student Rentals.
